I've gained a lot of experience on my career path: from frontend webdev, to video production, to designing print collatorals for conferences. In my current position, I work with our internal stakeholders to design site enhancements for our web-apps.

Owned design function in a cross-functional Product/Design/Engineering pod to conceptualize and deliver effective product experiences. Shaped strategic solutions with product managers and directors. Created visualizations including user journeys and task flows. Established and implemented new UX design patterns to reduce complexity and cognitive load. Crafted design vision in Figma through end-to-end screen flows and mid-to-high fidelity prototypes.
Analyzed business requirements with architecture, development, and internal stakeholders to identify technical dependencies and translate the user needs into stories with acceptance criteria to inform the product roadmap and define the product backlog. Produced interactive prototypes and wireframes.
Created digital and print collaterals for events our department hosted throughout the year. Co-authored Wordpress themes for different agencies and departments in the organization.

Provided communication, support, and ongoing development programs for regional coordinators in their education curricula for thirty-two branches in Western North Carolina.
Acted as the media resource library administrator, the primary liaison between the Education Office and the IT Department. Assisted webdev in a Diocesan-wide website redesign and the launching of separately designed subdomains for temporary websites.
Basic IT troubleshooting, computer repair, and workstation upgrades. Network administration in maintaining WLAN and LAN network communication for internal database management and remote access to Trane HVAC system. Custom workstation build with a Linux OS to act as a remote server for the youth group.
